PLEASE NOTE: We have updated our shipped menu and services offered. By the reason of Canada Post regulation change, some shipping service may not available. We add UPS as our new shipping carries and they will provide safety delivery service too.
Canadian Orders are shipped using the following services:
Regular Mail : All Canadian orders are normally shipped by Canada Post regular mail which have tracking # for each parcel.
Delivery time: 3- 14 days ( Depends on customer’s shipping area )
( Please Note that some small & light boxes may not have tracking # base on Canada post’s regulation.)
Xpresspost : All Canada orders can be shipped by Canada Post Xpresspost service. This service provides tracking number and first USD$85.00 insurance coverage. Delivery time: 2-5 business days.
US Orders are shipped using the following services:
Regular Airmail Parcel: All US order ( under 1 kg ) can be shipped by Canada post regular Airmail service. We will not replace or refund any lost packages sent by regular airmail. Customers assume all risk of loss of package.
Delivery time: 4 – 10 business days
Xpresspost : All US order can be shipped by Canada post Xpresspost service. This service provides tracking number and first USD$85.00 insurance coverage.
Delivery time: 4 – 6 business days
UPS Ground : Most US order can be shipped by UPS Ground service. This service is not valid for Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska area. No P.O. Boxes address accepts. This service provides tracking number and first USD$85.00 insurance coverage.
Delivery time: 4 – 10 business days
International Orders are shipped using the following methods:
Regular Airmail Parcel : All international order ( under 2 kg ) with combined package length, width and height under 90 cm can be shipped by this service. We will not replace or refund any lost packages sent by regular airmail. Customers assume all risk of loss of package.
Delivery time: 7 – 14 business days
Xpresspost : Most international order can be shipped by Canada post Xpresspost service. This service provides tracking number and first USD$85.00 insurance coverage. Some countries may not have tracking number. All base on Canada post’s regulation.
Delivery time: 4 – 6 business days
UPS Expedited Service: This service is not available for all countries base on UPS’ regulation. No P.O. Boxes address accepts. This service provides tracking number and first USD$85.00 insurance coverage. Free of charge for customs clearance by UPS.
Delivery time: Mostly 4 – 6 business days to destine counties’ main city ( may vary base on UPS’ updated regulation )
For all Regular Airmail Parcel, the buyer assumes all risk of loss of package. We will NOT replace or refund any lost packages sent by regular airmail.
Refund Policy:
The product can be returned in unopened brand new condition within 15 days from the date of shipment. All original packing material, manuals, and any accessories that came with the item must be included. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if any of these materials is missing. We will charge 10% for administration and restocking fee. And Toys2 will refund 90% of the item's value. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are not satisfied with your order or the service you received from Toys2, please contact us within 15 days from the date of shipment. We will provide you a “Return Authorization Number” for all return items. No REFUND for all items return to us without the authorization number.
