| Q: What is mean for "Pre-order" ?
A: Any items listed as "Pre-order" means the product has not arrived yet.
Q: If I place an order for Pre-order item, when do I need to pay?
A: It depends on which payment method you choose:
1. By money order:
You can send money order to us anytime before the release date.
We will also send you a ¡§Payment Request¡¨ email around 1 week before the arrival date.

2. By Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard)
Your credit card will not be charged until the pre-order item is ready to ship.
The order amount may be showed in your credit card statement after you place an order, but your credit card is not charged yet, it just shows the transaction date and order amount, it is called as "Pre-authorization" status. It means that Toy Square is pre-authorized to charge the order amount in given time, normally 6 months will be expired.
3. By Paypal
You will be charged after you place an order.
If you want to place order for pre-order item, but don¡¦t want to pay immediately by Paypal. You can choose the payment method in "Money Order" and pay for it by Paypal after you receive our "Payment Request" email.
Q: Can I order an “in-stock” item and the “pre-order” item in one order?
A: Yes, you can order the “in-stock” items and “pre-order” items in one order. We will charge you the amount of all “in-stock” items with shipping cost PLUS the deposit (mostly 10% to 20%) of pre-order items without shipping cost. And we will ship out all “in-stock” items first. The pre-order item will follow the pre-order system.
Q: Do I guarantee to receive my “pre-order” product?
A: We always order enough stock for the pre-order item. In some rare occurrences or limited edition products, we may not receive full shipment from the manufacturer. In this case, we will process by first ordered first filled. And we will refund the pre-order deposit or you can keep the coupon # for your future use. However, this is not happened in the past and I hope it won’t happen in the future.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Toy Square accepts VISA, MasterCard, PayPal and money order.
Our shopping cart runs on a secure server. Your VISA or MasterCard card information will only be submitted to a secure payment gateway and we will never receive your card number.
We also accept Payment by Paypal. Please send total amount to our Paypal email address: info@toys2.net.
You can also pay by money order., but it is needed " International" type money order or bank draft, you can issue it from US Postal Office or bank. Please be advised that we do not take personal cheque as payment method.

Please make sure the money order comes with your name and your order number. On many occasions, we have received payment without buyer information and it took a couple days to find out what was the money order for, delaying the order.
Q : After I placed an order for merchandise, how long does it take to be sent?
A: If you paid by Credit card, the in-stock merchandise will normally be sent out within 2 business days. For payment by Paypal, we will send out your order after Paypal clear the payment transaction. If you paid by money order, it will be sent out the order 5 business days after we receive your money order.
Q: How can I trace my parcel?
A: If the parcel was sent by Airmail service, no tracking number is provided and no way to track your parcel.
If the parcel was sent by Canada Post Regular Mail or Xpresspost service, you can check the parcel status at www.postescanada.ca using the tracking number that we provide after the parcel has been sent.
If your parcel was sent by UPS, you can check your parcel status at www.ups.ca or you can call your local UPS center using the tracking number that we provide after the parcel has been sent.
Q: I've already placed an order, but I want to cancel it, can I do it?
A: If you decide to cancel an order before it has been sent out, please send us an email with the authorization order number that was given when the order was placed. You will be refunded 90% of the total amount; the 10% deducted is for administration and handling fees for cancellation.
No cancellation will be allowed if the order has already been sent out.
Please make sure what you want before you place an order.
Q: I pre-ordered a product a long time ago and I still do not receive it. What happened?
A: All pre-ordered products are sent out upon the manufacture release and arrive to our warehouse. Sometimes, the manufacturer may delay or change the release date. We will keep update any new information from the manufacturer on our website.
Q: What are the possible casues for a "Credit Card Declined" error message?
A: Transaction declined probably happened by the following reasons:
- You may make a mistake when you type in the credit card number or expiry date.
Solution: Try again and type it carefully.
- Your credit card is blocked to use outside of your home country, i.e. some US credit card cannot be used in Canada. The same problem may happen to other countries, which is depended on your credit card regulations.
Solution: Call your credit card center to authorize this transaction and try again.
- Your credit card maybe being stolen or lost previously, so it is in highly protected from Online purchase.

- It is probably excess your monthly limit or your card limit.
Solution: Check its balance or use another credit card.
